Las Vegas Elements is always looking for positive, motivated, and dependable people to join our team. We are seeking applicants who are outgoing, organized, punctual, energetic, and excited to be part of a program that helps young athletes build confidence, skills, friendships, and life lessons through cheer and tumbling.

Experience is preferred for some positions, but not required for all entry-level opportunities. We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for working with children.

Ideal applicants should have:

  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • The ability to work well with children and families
  • Dependability, punctuality, and organization
  • The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to grow within the sport and our program
  • Cheer, tumbling, gymnastics, dance, or coaching experience is a plus

Current and future opportunities

Las Vegas Elements accepts applications for multiple positions throughout the year. Positions may be part-time or seasonal, with pay based on experience, credentials, demonstrated skills, and responsibilities assigned.

  • Tumbling Instructor
  • Preschool / Little Elements Instructor
  • Camp & Special Event Instructor
  • Assistant Team Coach
  • Competitive Team Coach
  • Front Desk / Office Support
  • Seasonal Program Staff

Experienced coaches and instructors with a strong cheer, tumbling, gymnastics, or dance background are encouraged to apply at any time. Even if we do not have an immediate opening, we may contact qualified applicants as future opportunities become available.

Requirements

Before employment, applicants may be required to complete:

  • Background check
  • USASF Certifications
  • Reference check
  • CPR / First Aid certification
  • Staff training and onboarding
  • Additional certifications depending on position
